Operating in Budapest since 2009 as BP’s global business services center, the office was designed with the individual placed at its core. The goal of the new office concept was to create a modern, sustainable, and inspiring environment tailored to employee needs, aligned with corporate values and innovation ambitions. The office space brings together a sense of homeliness, diversity, and community experience.

The interior design was grounded in comprehensive workplace research, brand strategy, and an in-depth assessment of the employee experience. The aim was to ensure that the workplace delivers an outstanding experience not only functionally, but also emotionally and in terms of design—for employees, visitors, and business partners alike.

 

Multifelt acoustic wall panels play an important role in improving the office’s acoustic comfort, contributing to a more efficient and calmer working environment. Particular attention was also given to air quality, to which the breathable wool felt materials contribute. Based on the concept, the DVM team prepared the detailed execution plans, taking into account local standards and sustainably sourced products available in Hungary.
